Refunds & Results Disclaimer

The deposit

Projects start with a 50% deposit. The deposit does two things: it reserves your project slot (we only take a couple of clients a month), and it covers the positioning and setup work that is front-loaded into the first days of a project.

For that reason, the deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. If you pay a deposit and cancel before any work has started, we'll refund it, less any payment-processing fees that can't be recovered.

The final payment

The remaining 50% balance is due at launch, once the work is built and you've approved it. You sign off before the final payment — you're never asked to pay the balance for work you haven't seen. Final files, source code, and account logins are handed over after the balance is paid in full.

If you cancel mid-project

You can end a project at any time with written notice. If you do:

• the deposit is retained (it's non-refundable once work has begun);
• any work completed beyond the deposit, up to the cancellation date, is invoiced and payable; and
• we'll hand over the completed portion of the work once amounts owed for it are settled.

If we cancel

In the unlikely event we have to end a project for reasons that aren't your fault, we'll refund any amounts you've paid for work not yet delivered. Our liability in that case is limited to that refund, as set out in our Terms of Service.

Upgrade credit

If you start with The Website and later upgrade to the full Authority System, the US$2,000 you paid for The Website is credited toward the system price. The upgrade credit applies to a future engagement; it isn't a cash refund.

Late payment and chargebacks

If the balance isn't paid after approval, we may withhold delivery and account access until it is. Please raise any billing concern with us directly before disputing a charge — initiating a chargeback for work that was delivered and approved is a breach of our Terms, and we'll contest it with the record of work and your approval.

Results & earnings disclaimer

We're good at this, but no one honest can guarantee business results — and we won't pretend to. Specifically:

• We do not guarantee any particular revenue, sales, number of subscribers or followers, search ranking, conversion rate, or any other outcome. What you achieve depends on your offer, your market, your effort, timing, and many factors outside our control.
• The revenue calculator, figures, ranges, and examples shown on this website are illustrative only. They are not a forecast, projection, or promise of your results, and shouldn't be relied on as one.
• Testimonials and case studies reflect specific clients' individual experiences. They are not typical, average, or guaranteed results, and your experience will differ.
• Nothing on this site or in our work is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. For those, consult a qualified professional.
