Brief
One call to settle the scope, the voice, and the job the site has to do. You send what you've got. I take it from there.
One person, not an agency. I work out what your site actually needs to do, then write it, design it, and build it. Start to finish, no handoffs.
You earned the click. Your site lost it. It takes four seconds to load, the design is stuck in 2019, and it gives a first-time visitor no reason to stay and no obvious way to reach you. So they hit back.
Every one of them was someone interested enough to show up. You paid to get them there. The page sent them away for free.
Strategy, copy, design, and code, all from one head. Built for what makes someone act, not what wins design awards.
One call to settle the scope, the voice, and the job the site has to do. You send what you've got. I take it from there.
I go heads-down and build the whole thing: words, design, code, all of it. It comes back sounding like one person, because it is. One round of feedback to sharpen it.
It goes live on your domain and you get the keys: code, logins, all of it. Yours to keep. No retainer trap, no holding your site hostage.
Every one of these went from brief to live in a week.

Working with Nitesh was an absolute pleasure. He took complete ownership of the website rebuild and handled everything from the setup to the transfer. He was super quick with making changes and was constantly predicting the next things we would need and solving them. It's rare for me to write a testimonial for anyone, but Nitesh completely deserves it. Can vouch!

Nitesh rebuilt our website and quickly understood what an advisory firm needs it to do. He took a fairly complex set of services and made them clear and credible, and he was responsive through every round of feedback. The new site finally reflects how we actually work with clients, and it has made those first conversations much easier. Genuinely glad we worked with him.

Nitesh helped us redesign our website and was a pleasure to work with throughout the project. He took the time to understand our business, listened carefully to our feedback, and came up with thoughtful suggestions that made the site much clearer, more intuitive, and professional. What stood out was not just his design sense, but also his strong understanding of the technical aspects of website development and setup. The entire project felt seamless, and we're extremely happy with the final outcome. I would happily recommend Nitesh to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable partner for website design and development.

The collaborative nature of how easy it was to work with him was SO GOOD. He's diligent, has great attention to detail, his recommendations are excellent, and he's stupidly technical on all aspects. He's the reason my site got updated and is now WAY better than it was before. As Stephen Covey says, “do what you do best and outsource the rest,” and Nitesh was an amazing outsource partner for me. I really look forward to working with him again, and I don't say that lightly.

Brands I admire, torn down and rebuilt to show how I think. Not client work, just proof of range. Flip Before / After on any card to see the gap I'd close.

See before · www.hausadvisors.com ↗Three builds, from a single page to a full site with a blog. Pick the one that fits, or book a call and we'll work it out. Every price sits right here, because hiding it behind a form is a tactic, not a courtesy.
One page that turns attention into a booked call. Built for a launch, a single offer, or an ad you're running.
The full marketing site, five to six pages, built to turn a visitor into a lead you actually own.
The website plus a blog you publish from yourself, so your content compounds into traffic and leads over time.
Half up front, half at launch once you've signed off. Not sure which build? The call sorts it.
A website is an asset, not a one-off. Care keeps it healthy. Growth makes it pull in more traffic and leads every month.
Your site stays fast, secure, and current without you ever opening the code. You ask, it gets done.
Everything in Care, plus the monthly work that lifts your search rankings, fills the top of your funnel, and turns more visitors into leads.
The site converts the people who land on it. These two go and get them, in the same voice, written and ready to run. Add either one any time, or skip them.
Beehiiv set up properly, a welcome sequence that sells on its own, and four issues written and queued.
Profile rewritten to sell, a 30-day calendar, and your first ten posts written for you.
A custom website, yours to keep: positioning and copy, design, development on Next.js deployed to your own domain, lead capture (contact form, call booking, email signup), plus SEO and analytics set up and live. There are three builds, from a single landing page to a full site with a blog you publish from. You walk away with the code, the domain, and every login. A newsletter setup and a LinkedIn kickoff are available as add-ons if you want them later.
Yes, because the week is build time, not waiting time. There are no account managers, no scheduling ping-pong, and I take one client at a time, so your project has my full attention for the week. The scope is locked on the brief call, which is what keeps it from sprawling into a three-month project. The speed comes from focus, not from cutting corners.
Day one is a single call to lock the scope, the voice, and what the site has to do. I spend the next few days writing, designing, and building, then send it to you for one consolidated round of feedback. It goes live on your domain by the end of the week. As long as you get me your content and feedback on time, that timeline holds.
That's the normal starting point, and it's handled. Positioning and copywriting are part of the build, not an add-on. You bring the raw material on the brief call (what you do, who you help, any proof or testimonials) and I write the site from it. If you already have copy you love, I'll build around it.
You get a consolidated round of feedback to steer it, and you approve the site before the final payment. It's 50% to start and 50% only once it's built and you've signed off, so you're never paying in full for something you haven't seen. The deep brief up front is what keeps surprises rare.
No lock-in. You own the code, the Vercel project, and the domain outright. I'll show you how to make simple content edits yourself, and for anything bigger you can bring me back for a one-off or keep me on the monthly retainer. It's your site, not a platform you rent.
The three builds cover marketing sites, from a single landing page up to a full site with a blog and CMS. E-commerce, web apps, logins, or heavy integrations are real, separate work, and I'll quote them after the call. I'd rather scope it honestly than surprise you with the bill.
One person does the positioning, copy, design, and build, so it sounds like one voice with nobody to hand off to or wait on. One client at a time, a fixed price that's on the page, no six discovery calls, and no quarter-long timeline. Hiring a separate designer and copywriter just leaves you managing the seams between them. Here there are none.
Three one-time builds: a landing page from $1,500, the full website at $2,500, or a site with a blog at $4,500. A newsletter setup is $1,000 and a LinkedIn kickoff is $800, added whenever you want them. After launch you own everything and can run it yourself, or keep me on a retainer: Care at $400/month keeps the site healthy, Growth at $1,200/month adds SEO, content, and a monthly improvement. Retainers are month to month, cancel any time.
Two slots open this month. Pick the door that fits.
Twenty minutes, no discovery-call theatre. If the work clearly fits, it's the fastest way through.

The website, newsletter, and LinkedIn plays I run for clients, written up so you can steal them. No pitch, no filler.
